We coordinate directly with your provider and insurance to simplify the ordering process, so you can focus on your health while we handle the details.
Once a provider places an order or sends a referral, Great Lakes will verify the patient information is current and correct.
We will then verify coverage and benefits, and any prior authorization requirements and communicate that information with the referral source.
Great Lakes will work with the referring therapist or provider to ensure that all insurance criteria are met and properly documented and obtain an order.
Once an authorization is obtained, or all necessary paperwork is completed and correct, Great Lakes will contact the patient for in-person delivery including fitting, instruction and education.
